Chlorinated polyethylene waterproofing membrane chlorinated polyethylene resin as the main raw material, adding a variety of chemical additives, mixing, extrusion and curing and other processing into waterproofing membrane.

★Product type and specifications
(One)Species
Products classified according to whether the composite layer, the composite layer is no N type, single-sided fiber composite for Class L fabric reinforcement for the W class. Each product category is divided into physical and chemical properties according to the type I and type II.
(Two)Specification
Coil length specifications 10m、15m、20m。
Thickness specifications 1.2mm、1.5mm、2.0mm。
Other lengths, thickness specifications agreed by both parties, not less than the thickness specification 1.2mm。

★Construction Technology
1、Process
Grassroots cleanup - formulated polyurethane primer - Polyurethane primer brushing - Added special parts of the process (additional layer) - Coil paste surface coating - Coil dry adhesive - the primary surface coating - dry glue - paving waterproofing membrane - exhaust, compaction, receiver processing - protective layer
2, the operation process points

(3) Brushing primary adhesive

★Storage and transportation
During storage and transport of different types and specifications of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid the sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, flat storage stack height does not exceed 5 layers, single stack stand up, NO contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.
Prevent tipping or horizontal pressure, covered with tarpaulin when necessary during transport.
Under normal storage, transport conditions, storage period of one year from the date of production.
