★Construction Technology
1、Process
The base surface cleaning→Spectrum polyethylene film→Laying insulation board→Pre-coated TPO waterproofing membrane→Fasteners TPO waterproofing membrane→Hot air welding TPO waterproofing membrane→Strengthening node processing site→Inspection, repair→Organizational acceptance
2、Construction steps
(1)Clear the primary surface debris, debris.
(2)Spread a layer of polyethylene film, polyethylene film, adhesive bonding using adhesive tape.
(3) the laying of extruded foam insulation board, insulation board using special fasteners.
(4) pre-coated TPO waterproofing membrane: the TPO waterproofing membrane by elastic line control position arranged on the insulation layer, sheet laying direction perpendicular to the direction of corrugated steel sheeting, the naturally loose coil disposed in the insulation layer as outlines on. ★Storage and transportation
(One)Storage

1, coil should be placed in ventilated place to prevent the sun and rain. Storage temperature should not exceed 45 ℃.
2, different types, different specifications sheet stacked separately.
3, flat sheet stacking height should not exceed 5 layers; legislation that must be a single-layer stacking. Prohibit contacts with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents.
4, under normal storage conditions, the shelf-life of at least one year.
(Two)Transport
Prevent tipping or horizontal pressure, covered with tarpaulin when necessary during transport.
